- Establish Roadmap, Involved SME's, Technology, Goals & Requirements, Dependencies, Deliverables, Timeframes to ingest 80+ applicaiton forms.

- Validate existing application from lift and shift from Heat to SNow to be ingested into ServiceNow for manual form capture where governance lacking.

- Worked with application owner and to capture requirements: form fields/PPI, layout, workflow, automated tasking/approvals for JML processes associated.

- Worked with SNow team during weekly cadence to ensure timely devlopment work completed for each target applicaiton.

- Performed validation testing upon monthly deployments and ensured compliance processes/implementation targets and timeline completed.
